FRYING PAN: Fry the pieces, without defrosting, in abundant and very hot oil (170-180ᵒC). In order to maintain the oil temperature, we recommend you fry few pieces at a time. Turn them around immediately to get a crunchy cover and continue frying for 4 to 5 minutes until they are golden. OVEN: Place the pieces without defrosting in the middle tray of the oven. Cook at 200ᵒC for 12 minutes, then turn the pieces upside down and continue cooking for 12 minutes so that the burgers would get crunchy and golden.
