Preparation and usage
In the pan: Pour the frozen mixture into a hot frying pan without fat. Keep on high for about fifteen minutes, stirring regularly until all water has evaporated. Add the fat of your choice, and season to your taste garlic, parsley, salt and pepper. Fry for a few minutes until the mushrooms are completely cooked.
