Wai Wai is the top manufacturer of rice vermicelli noodles in Thailand, which constitute a hugely popular component of the cuisine. They are perhaps most famously used in Mee Krob: a dish of deep fried rice vermicelli and sweet and sour sauce. Rice vermicelli are also commonly used in rice noodle soup and are simply delicious when seasoned with oyster sauce or fish sauce and served with stir fried meat and crispy green vegetables.
