The stainless steel is extremely durable and will maintain its strength and thickness despite the heat on the underside, allowing the coals do all the cooking. It will remain rust-free, making it easy to clean and use repeatedly. It also allows you to use this BBQ grill with coal and wood. Long size and rectangular design of this BBQ grill allows you to use it in two different ways. The BBQ could be used with skewers as well as with cooking grate. You can choose the grate for non-stick cooking or remove the grate to open the cooking area. You can then place skewers directly over the burning coals for contact-less grilling.
