Dip pieces of fruit, cookies and marshmallows in the sweet river of melted chocolate. Continuous movement of the melted chocolate at a constant temperature. Melt about 400g of chocolate in a bain marie, adding some fresh liquid cream for desserts. The consistency should be quite runny. If the chocolate is too thick, add a tablespoon of vegetable oil.
