Bacon is a cured meat prepared from a pig. Fresh bacon may then be further dried for weeks or months in cold air, boiled, or smoked. You can smoke bacon using different types of wood chips or sawdust for different flavors. It is first cured using large quantities of salt, either in a brine or in a dry packing. There can though be distinctions between the breeds in terms of size to flesh ratios and size of cuts. This one comes with bone, with fat with skin cut into large pieces. Its fine cold cuts mostly eaten in the breakfast. Mixture of freshly minced poultry, spices and flavouring agents. The Finished result is delicious and soft in texture. Its properly packed and frozen to ensure that it retains its taste and aroma. Should be Kept Frozen at or below -18 C.
